Pet Health Plans
We are delighted to announce that from Monday 5th November 2007 you will have the opportunity to ensure that you are providing the best possible care for your pets, through our new Pet Health Plans. A Pet Health Plan enables you to spread the cost of your pet’s veterinary care by paying a predictable set amount each month, whilst saving you money compared with paying a bill each time you visit.
At Burghley Veterinary Centre, we are all fully committed to proactive rather than reactive veterinary care and Pet Health Plans is a new monthly budgeting system offering preventive treatment for our cat and dog patients. Once you have joined our Pet Health Plans you no longer need worry about incurring a veterinary bill each time you visit for preventive care, yet at the same time enjoy the peace of mind that you are keeping your pet fit, happy and healthy.
Pet Health Plans have been tailored by the practice so you can rest assured we have you and your pet in mind. You will see from the enclosed exactly what is included for cats and dogs, from puppy and kitten stage, through adulthood and into senior years. To give you a brief idea, your pet will receive at least:
- twice-yearly 10-point health checks with a veterinary surgeon
- monthly flea treatment
- quarterly worm and parasite treatment
- vaccinations and boosters
- 10% off dental procedures
- 10% off long-term drugs
- chip checks and micro-chipping discounts
All for a monthly payment that saves you money, too.

- Come into the Stamford branch anytime and talk to a member of the practice team, or
- Call Pet Health Plans direct, free on 0800 169 9958 and join over the phone anytime Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 7pm.
